Description
The State of Nevada, Office of the Military, is seeking bids from qualified contractors to upgrade the CSMS domestic water system. The project includes re-piping restroom hot water lines, installing balancing valves and an expansion tank, replacing recirculation components and shower valves, and performing testing and coordination to ensure code compliance and proper system performance. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to effectively and efficiently fulfill all the requirements of this contract.
• The project is expected to start on 02/09/2026 and be completed by 01/31/2028.
• The contractor must have a Nevada Business License and a Nevada Contractors License (if applicable).
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including Commercial General Liability, Commercial Auto Liability, and Workers' Compensation.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide a bid proposal that includes the base bid, hourly rate, and mark-up on materials.
• The contractor must circle the geographical regions that they will provide service to.
