R--Special Notice - Intent to Sole Source

The Department of the Interior (DOI) – Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to Headwaters Economics Inc for the purchase of data updates for the Socioeconomic Profile (SEP) tool and the Economic Profile System (EPS).
