Seeking Letters of Interest for Architectural Design Services

The Coastal Carolina Community College is seeking letters of interest for architectural design services for the Covered Walkway Extensions project. The project involves designing covered walkway extensions for the Learning Resource Center, Health Occupational Science Building, Student Center, and Fine Arts Building. The pre-selection committee will consider factors such as specialized expertise, past performance, staff and design team, current workload, proposed design approach, and construction administration capabilities when selecting the three firms to be presented. • The project requires specialized or appropriate expertise in the type of project. • The project requires adequate staff and proposed design or consultant team for the project. • The project requires a proposed design approach for the project including design team and consultants. • The project requires construction administration capabilities. • The project requires proximity to and familiarity with the area where the project is located.
