Description
The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting sealed bids for the construction of a 33'x26' Isolation Building at the Rifle Falls SFU. The project includes site grading, earthwork, concrete foundation, and installation of utilities and electrical systems. The successful bidder will be required to complete the project within 90 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
• The project requires a 5% bid bond for bids over $50,000.
• The project requires a performance bond and labor and material bond for the full contract price.
