Ansys Systems Tool Kit (STK)

The NOAA Office of Satellite and Product Operations (OSPO) requires a follow-on contract for Systems Tool Kit (STK) software and technical support licenses. The specific licenses required include "Ansys STK Pro", "Ansys STK Scheduler", "Scheduler Online", and "Ansys STK Premium (Space)". This annual purchase will provide version upgrades of STK product releases, unlimited technical product support, and the ability to transfer the software and licenses to new hardware. The software is used within the National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) to ensure the accuracy of satellite orbit position and calculations. • The contract will be for a 12-month base period, scheduled for August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027. • The intended source for this contract action is Ansys Government Initiatives, Inc. (AGI). • The statutory authority permitting this sole source acquisition is 41 U.S.C. 1901. • There are no additional qualification requirements to be eligible for this award other than the ability to provide the proprietary AGI software licenses detailed above.
