STRUCTURAL FIREFIGHTING GLOVES

The County of Riverside is soliciting quotations for Veridian Fire Knight (Gauntlet) Structural Firefighting Gloves. The gloves must meet specific requirements, including being made from all USA manufactured material and produced in the USA with a highly skilled workforce. The gloves must also be UL certified to meet or exceed current edition of NFPA 1971 Standard. The contract requires the delivery of gloves in various sizes, with a total quantity of 1272 gloves. The delivery appointments must be made with the County of Riverside Fire Department 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. • The gloves must have a contoured 2-piece Knuckle Guard form-fitted design delivering increased flexibility and maximum protection • The gloves must have a 3-Dimensional Design with separate, curved, form-fitting forchettes for TRUE finger dexterity • The gloves must have a GORE CROSSTECH Glove Insert providing unsurpassed durability and enduring barrier protection • The gloves must have a breathable adhesive used to secure the liner, with the liner guaranteed not to pull out • The palm must be cowhide suede leather for excellent abrasion and heat resistance
