Description
The Texas A&M University System is soliciting statements of qualifications for an Architect/Engineer (A/E) firm to design a sanitary sewer lift station and force main for the RELLIS Campus in Bryan, Texas. The project aims to eliminate the need for existing treatment lagoons and include their decommissioning and remediation. The consultant will also coordinate with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) regarding plant closure and deactivation of the existing discharge permit.
• The Planning Amount for this project is $11,201,000, with an Amount Available for Construction Contract (AACC) of $8,575,000.
• The RFQ is the first step in the process for selecting an A/E firm, and the Owner may select three or more of the top qualified Respondents to present their qualifications during an interview.
• The deadline for submitting qualifications is 2:00 pm Central Time, Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
