Notice to Contractors - Dangerous Structure Demolition

The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to completely demolish a dangerous residential structure located at 1616 West Crawford Street, remove all demolition debris, and perform site fill and grading. The work includes utility disconnections, safety barricades, debris disposal to an approved landfill, and a two‑year warranty on the completed work. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive bidder and must be completed within 90 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. • Complete demolition of foundations, footings, basement, walls, slabs, cisterns, and any attached structures. • Remove all debris, backfill, and grade the site to the finished level with required compaction. • Provide all permits, bonds, insurance, and a 5 % bid security; retain 10 % of each progress payment until final acceptance.
