Solid Waste Disposal Services for MDCPS Central Office

The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services (MDCPS) is seeking a contractor to provide solid waste disposal services for its Central Office located at 750 North State Street, Jackson, Mississippi. The selected contractor will be responsible for collecting and disposing of solid waste in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. The contract period is expected to begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2027. • The contractor will provide and place receptacles at the MDCPS Central Office. • The contractor will retrieve receptacles when notified by MDCPS, haul the contents to a landfill or waste disposal site, empty the contents, and return the empty receptacles to the MDCPS Central Office. • The contractor will be compensated on a monthly basis at a firm, fixed rate. • The total compensation payable will be based on the actual number of pick-ups performed and properly invoiced at the agreed-upon rates.
