R699--Reader Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration is seeking a contractor to provide Reader Services in support of a Reasonable Accommodation for an employee. The services will be provided remotely via Microsoft Teams and will require up to 30 hours per week. The contractor will be required to provide remote reader services, including reading documents in real-time via Microsoft Teams, with at least 7-14 business days advance notification. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment and support services necessary to meet contract performance requirements. • The services will be 100% remote. • The contractor will not report to a government facility. • The contractor will provide services via Microsoft Teams. • The contractor will not receive documents for independent review. • The contractor will provide services in real-time via Microsoft Teams.
