The Patchogue‑Medford Union Free School District is soliciting proposals from qualified physicians or medical practices to serve as the district’s full‑time School Physician for the 2026‑2027 school year, with options to extend up to three additional one‑year terms. The contractor will provide comprehensive medical services for students and staff, conduct athletic and employee physical examinations, administer immunizations, advise on health policy, and supply physician coverage for high‑risk athletic events.
