Description
The Town of Wellesley is seeking bids for an elevator maintenance service contract. The contract will involve servicing, repair, and preventive maintenance of elevators and chair lifts at fourteen municipal and school buildings. The estimated annual value of the project is $50,000. The term of the contract will be from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms.
