Notice of Intent to Sole Source Aquifer

The Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Aquifer Inc. for one Aquifer Annual Subscription and one WISE Annual Subscription. The Aquifer Annual Subscription tool offers the capability to create custom case studies and search a case study library, which is essential to several School of Medicine departments' curricula. The contract will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). • The contract is for a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award to Aquifer Inc. • The subscription tools are essential to the School of Medicine departments' curricula. • The contract will be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). • Responses to this notice must demonstrate clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government.
