Description
The National Institutes of Health intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to Mirion Technologies Inc. for an on-site customer service agreement. The agreement will provide comprehensive services, including hardware and software support, onsite services, upgrades, training, and other service activities, for Mirion equipment and associated applications at the National Institutes of Health site. The services will be delivered on-site and will include system management and administration support, routine preventive maintenance support, calibration services, upgrade, installation, and familiarization support, training, and software support. The contract will have a period of performance of one year with four option years.
• The contractor will provide all onsite, remote, and factory services in support of the National Institutes of Health site.
• The contractor will provide hardware and software support, including installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• The contractor will provide training and familiarization services for National Institutes of Health personnel.
• The contractor will provide calibration services for Mirion equipment.
• The contractor will provide software support, including updates and modifications.
