Description
The United States Department of the Interior, Appraisal and Valuation Services Office (AVSO), is seeking a quotation for appraisal services for the Fort Hall_26_2, Fort Hall Reservation, Idaho. The selected contractor will provide market valuation and appraisal report services. The target period of performance is 165 calendar days from the date of the Purchase Order award, with an initial appraisal target date of 120 days from the date of award.
• The contractor must hold a valid license as a Certified General Appraiser and provide a standard Appraiser's Statement of Qualifications and a signed proposal letter.
• The contractor must have experience in appraising vacant and improved agricultural use tracts and improved rural residential tracts similar to the subject tracts within the general market area.
• The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Labor Standards statute and the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) statute.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price quote, including all costs to complete the assignment.
