Description
The City of Americus is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to design, administer, and analyze an Employee Engagement & Satisfaction Survey. The goal of this survey is to gather confidential and meaningful feedback from employees across all departments to better understand their experiences, identify strengths, and highlight opportunities for organizational improvement.
• The survey should include questions on employee morale, communication, professional development, compensation, and interdepartmental collaboration.
• The selected consultant will be expected to perform survey design and development, survey administration, data collection and analysis, and reporting and recommendations.
• The consultant should have experience in conducting similar studies for governmental entities and other comparable studies.
• The City of Americus is committed to ensuring anonymity and confidentiality throughout the process.
• The contract resulting from this proposal shall commence upon the date of contract execution by both parties and shall be for a period of 12 months.
