WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT ROOFING REPLACEMENT INSTALLATION

The City of Chico is seeking a qualified roofing contractor to install WeatherWeld roofing systems on two roofs at the Water Pollution Control Plant. The project requires the removal of existing roofing, disposal of debris, inspection of the substrate, installation of insulation and substrate, application of WeatherWeld emulsion, fiberglass roving, acrylic base coat, and top coat, and installation of metal and flashing. The contractor must have a minimum of three years of experience installing WeatherWeld systems and must be licensed and approved by WeatherWeld. The project must be completed by August 31, 2026. • The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete the project. • The contractor must have a valid California C-39 Roofing Contractor License and all other licenses required for the scope of work. • The contractor must be registered with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) and comply with prevailing wage requirements. • The contractor must provide proof of bonding and insurance as required by the City of Chico. • The contractor must have a minimum of three years of documented experience installing WeatherWeld systems.
