Sewer and Storm Pipe Replacement, Project Numbers 656661, 656662 & 656664

The City of Corvallis is seeking bids for the replacement of sewer and storm pipes. The project involves pipe bursting and replacing approximately 340 linear feet of 10-inch concrete sewer/storm combination line and 1466 linear feet of 8-inch concrete sewer line with HDPE pipes. Additionally, the project includes open-cutting and pipe bursting of 8-inch ductile iron storm pipe and replacement with 8-inch HDPE pipe. The work also includes video inspecting, locating, and reconnecting sewer service and storm drain laterals, removal and replacement of sidewalks, driveways, asphalt paving, curb, and constructing required appurtenances. • The project requires the contractor to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work. • The contractor must comply with the City's Construction Specifications and Oregon Revised Statutes. • The project has an estimated cost of $580,000 for Schedules A, B, C, and D, $175,000 for Schedule E, and $215,000 for Schedule F. • The contractor must submit a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. • The contractor must provide proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
