ANCILLARY & NON-ANCILLARY SERVICES

The County of Ulster is seeking a firm to provide Ancillary and Non-Ancillary Services under the Expanded In-Home Services for the Elderly Program (EISEP). The services include providing approved ancillary equipment, home modifications, and related support to eligible seniors. The firm will also provide non-ancillary services such as construction and installation of ramps, porch lifts, and chair stair lifts. The contract period is for one year with an option to renew for two additional one-year terms. • The firm will work with the Ulster County Office for the Aging to provide Ancillary Services and home modifications. • The firm will provide non-ancillary services that include construction and installation of ramps, porch lifts, and chair stair lifts. • The firm will maintain records of all client contacts and equipment/services provided. • The firm will comply with all County program monitoring procedures and NYSOFA requirements.
