SUNSET CENTER EXTERIOR PAINTING PROJECT PHASE II

The City of Carmel-by-the-Sea is soliciting bids for the exterior painting of the Sunset Center. The project includes exterior painting, hazmat abatement, and lead paint mitigation. The contractor must have a California C-33 Painting and Decorating Contractor's License and comply with prevailing wage rates. The project will be managed by Ausonio, Inc.
