• Scope includes steel fencing, light poles, concrete barriers, and metallic rail, all to be coated with Tnemec products per detailed SSPC/NACE standards.
• Revised substantial completion deadline: 15 Oct 2027; final completion deadline: 12 Nov 2027.
• Contractor must provide QA submittals, three comparable past projects, and manage traffic control and hazardous waste disposal.
• All bids are to be submitted on a lump‑sum basis; bid validity is 60 days after opening.
• Pre‑application meeting required with City, Union Pacific Railroad, K&O Railroad, and coating‑manufacturer representative.
