The Santa Clarita Valley School Food Services Agency is seeking one or more qualified distributors to supply and deliver processed USDA foods and a broad range of commercial food products to its central warehouse for distribution to K‑12 schools. Vendors must provide fixed FOB‑destination case pricing, meet stringent Buy‑American, Proposition 12, and other federal/state compliance requirements, and support a delivery schedule of three weekly drops with temperature‑controlled vehicles. The contract is a 12‑month firm‑fixed‑price agreement with up‑to‑two optional one‑year renewals, and the award will be based on cost, service capability, customer‑service record, and operational sustainability.
• Provide per‑case pricing for a detailed catalog of USDA‑approved foods (beef, pork, turkey, chicken, cheese) and commercial equivalents, plus a separate commercial‑only product list.
