Patapsco Valley State Park McKeldin Gas Tank Replacement

The project consists of removing and replacing the existing above-ground gasoline and diesel fuel storage systems at Patapsco Valley State Park McKeldin Area. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, permits, etc. necessary to complete the project. The project has a small business reserve designation and an MBE participation goal of 20%. The contractor must have a minimum of three years' experience performing construction work of a similar nature and must be licensed in the State of Maryland as a General Contractor. • The project includes the removal and disposal of existing tanks and the installation of new tanks. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection and workplace safety. • The contractor must also comply with the State's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and the State Minority Business Enterprise Law. • The project has a budget range of $100,000 to $500,000.
