Description
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP), Bureau of Communications and Information Services (BCIS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure Portable Automated License Plate Readers. The requirements include 25 Axon Outpost Camera Packages, each consisting of an Axon Outpost Camera, 100-Watt Solar Panel, Top Mount End Cap, Axon Outpost Pole, Standard Solar Hardware Kit, Battery and Charger Enclosure, TAP Refresh One – Camera, TAP Refresh One – Battery Enclosure, and Axon Vehicle Intelligence – ALP License. The contract also includes a 5-year extended warranty with maintenance, Technology Assurance Program (TAP), and vandalism/accident coverage.
• The bid must be submitted electronically through the PA supplier portal at www.pasupplierportal.state.pa.us.
• The Reciprocal Limitations Requirements Act form (GSPUR-89) and Worker Protection and Investment form (BOP-2201) must be completed and uploaded with the bid submission.
• The bidder must be registered to submit an online bid.
• The contract duration is 1 year.
