Request for Qualifications for Construction Manager at Risk(CMAR) Services for the Buzzard's Roost Emergency Spillway Remediation Project

The Greenwood County is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the Buzzard's Roost Emergency Spillway Remediation Project. The project involves replacing the existing fuse plug structure with a combination of earthen embankment and a concrete spillway with an armored channel. The CMAR will be responsible for providing pre-construction services, including design input, cost estimates, and scheduling, as well as construction services, including on-site management, quality control, and project closeout. The CMAR will also be required to provide a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) document and to manage the project budget.
