Description
The Luke Air Force Base is seeking a vendor to provide video screen services for the 2026 Air Show. The project scope includes setup from March 18-19, operations from March 20-22, and removal/tear down from March 23. The vendor must provide a full Capabilities statement of the Simulator being offered to determine Technical Acceptability.
• The quote submission deadline is January 12th, 2026, at 1500 EST.
• The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
• Funds are not presently available for this effort, and no award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
