Training and Education Command (TECOM) Human Performance (HPB) Branch

The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking a contractor to provide support to the Training and Education Command (TECOM) Human Performance (HPB) Branch. The contractor will assist with technical, analytical, and administrative support for the development, revision, analysis, and validation of physical readiness testing, physical fitness policies, doctrine, publications, social media content, and training standards of the Marine Corps Physical Fitness Programs (MCPFP) and related functions of the Marine Corps Total Fitness (MCTF) strategy. The scope of work includes providing support for analysis and assessment, policy and doctrine, and other related functions. • The contractor will provide support in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) • The contractor will assist with the development, modification, validation, and analysis of physical fitness programs and readiness • The contractor will provide support for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Power BI, Power Automation, and other data-driven platforms to create interactive visualizations in reports and dashboards • The contractor will provide support for the development, revision, and validation of physical fitness policies, doctrine, publications, social media content, and training standards.
