Description
The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for lead sample analysis services for the Environmental Lead Investigators for the Blood Lead Surveillance Brand of the Department of State Health Services located in Austin, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing lead sample analysis services, and both HHSC and DSHS will be entitled to use any contract awarded as a result of this IFB. The contract term and pricing details can be found in Sections 11 and 9 of the IFB document, respectively.
• The IFB includes various exhibits and attachments that provide additional requirements and information.
• Bidders must submit a comprehensive response that includes all required information and documentation.
• The response deadline is 06/11/2026, 10:30 AM, and late responses will be disqualified.
• HHSC reserves the right to reject any or all responses and to make a single award or multiple awards to achieve the best value for the state.
