SOLE SOURCE – KEYSIGHT CALIBRATION AND REPAIR

The Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for calibration and repair services for various Keysight equipment, including signal generators, network analyzers, and calibration kits. The proposed contract action is for the supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source only, Keysight Technologies INC. The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, and the offeror must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). The delivery schedule is 2 weeks from the date of award receipt for some line items, and 4 weeks from the date of option exercised for other line items. • The contract requires calibration and repair services for various Keysight equipment. • The contract will be a firm fixed price contract. • The offeror must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). • The delivery schedule is 2 weeks from the date of award receipt for some line items, and 4 weeks from the date of option exercised for other line items. • The option exercise period is from the effective date of award through one year thereafter.
