Description
The State of New Hampshire is seeking bids for an automated sandbag filling machine. The machine should have a 1 cubic yard steel hopper in a 5 ft. tall frame, be able to fill 1,000 bags per hour, and have a digital bag counter with audible pack/pallet alarm. The machine should also have vibration control, wing walls, and be orange in color. It should fit in the bed of a pickup truck. The successful vendor will be required to deliver the machine to the NH Department of Transportation within 30 days of receipt of purchase order.
• The machine must meet or exceed the required specifications
• The vendor must provide a warranty for at least one year
• The vendor must provide material safety data sheets with the delivery of any products
• The vendor must comply with all statutes, laws, regulations, and orders of federal, state, county or municipal authorities
• The vendor must provide proof of compliance with proposal specifications if requested
