Florham Park Grass Cutting

The Borough of Florham Park is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive grass‑cutting and turf‑maintenance services for nine municipal sites during the 2026 season. Work includes weekly mowing, edge trimming, clipping management, and adherence to strict height, timing, and safety standards. The contractor must operate Monday‑Friday, avoid listed holidays, and be prepared to handle occasional clipping removal at its own expense. The contract runs from early April through early November, with performance monitored by the Director of Public Works. • Service areas include Borough Hall lawn, Boro Field & tennis courts, Library grounds, Borough Pool area, Little Red Schoolhouse, Pruden Park, two firehouse properties, and the First Aid Squad turf. • Weekly mowing at 2½ in. (spring/fall) or up to 3 in.
