ATP Cycle 4: Alexandria Avenue E S Neighborhood Safety Improvements Project- Federal Project No. ATPL-5006(892)

The City of Los Angeles is seeking bids for the ATP Cycle 4: Alexandria Avenue ES Neighborhood Safety Improvements Project. The project involves implementing complete street treatments at pedestrian crossings near Alexandria Avenue Elementary School, including bicycle facilities, curb extensions, upgrade curb ramps to ADA standards, pedestrian refuge islands, landscaped median island, pedestrian lighting, continental crosswalks, signal and striping modifications, and tree planting/landscaping. • The scope of work includes various street improvements to enhance safety and accessibility. • The contractor must possess a valid State of California Contractor's License Classification of "A” at the time of bid. • Bid documents can be obtained through the City of Los Angeles Regional Alliance Marketplace for Procurement (www.RAMPLA.org). • The project is subject to the DBE Program, which has been suspended until previously certified disadvantaged businesses can be recertified under the new DBE certification requirements.
