RFI -Bearcat Maintenance Services

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing routine, preventive, and as-needed maintenance and repair services for Lenco BearCat armored vehicles. The services should support all U.S. states and territories. The FBI prefers a single nationwide support model, but may consider regional or state-by-state coverage. The current fleet size for armor is 55 existing Bearcats, 10 on-loan Roshel Senators, and 20 anticipated Bearcats to be delivered by March 2028. • The FBI is seeking vendors with experience in maintaining armored vehicles. • The maintenance contract may be nationwide or regional. • The FBI prefers a single nationwide support model. • The contract may involve managing regional service partner models.
