Description
The Lee County Public Defender Office is seeking a sole source internet legal research database tool. The tool must feature primary law and legal analytics, utilizing a comprehensive collection of case law, statutes, and regulations. It must also provide a citator service that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) and allow multiple users to perform queries on a wide range of topics in criminal and civil law. The system must be able to support legal research topics by providing reports, case headnotes, and graphically present top results from the search. The key requirements of the tool include:
• Must be a legal research database tool featuring primary law and legal analytics
• Must be a citator service that utilizes artificial intelligence (AI)
• Must provide Shephard’s Citations Service
• Must have a research tool that lists cases citing a specific passage within a case
• Must be able to support legal research topics by providing reports and case headnotes
• Must use artificial intelligence (AI) approach to interpret searches and mine answers
