Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting market research to identify Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) firms capable of performing Bid-Build construction services for the expansion of Radiation Oncology services at the Orlando VA Healthcare System. The project will expand Radiation Oncology Service space by approximately 7,000 square feet, including construction of a new Linear Accelerator (LINAC) room, a new PET/CT room, and support spaces. Respondents must be certified in the VA VetCert program under NAICS 236220 or demonstrate a clear path to certification prior to any solicitation.
• The project includes construction of a new LINAC room, a new PET/CT room, and support spaces
• The expansion includes all utilities and infrastructure needed to support clinical equipment
• Work must comply with VA Radiation Therapy Design Guides
• Respondents must demonstrate ability to comply with VAAR 852.219-74 Limitations on Subcontracting
• Respondents must submit a capability statement addressing company information, business size/type, bonding capacity, relevant experience, key personnel, technical approach, and capacity to perform
