The City of Irving Water Utilities Department is seeking civil engineers, multi-disciplinary firms, and other qualified professionals to provide engineering design services for the replacement and relocation of the 48-inch Jamison Water Supply Line. The project is located within the City-owned property at 2000 N. Walton Walker Blvd., Irving, TX.
