The Idaho Transportation Department seeks a qualified vendor to supply, install, and support two complete vegetation‑spray‑truck systems built on 2026 Ford Super Duty F‑550 chassis. The contract includes delivery of the chassis, integration of a Norstar RS2000‑G spray system with boom‑less heads, ancillary equipment, training for ITD staff, and a minimum three‑year warranty. The contractor must meet detailed specifications for tanks, pumps, spray heads, control consoles, flat‑bed, lighting, safety equipment, and provide full documentation and post‑delivery support.
• Provide two fully‑assembled spray trucks on specified Ford chassis with all required mechanical and electronic components.
• Install and test the spray system, conduct a 14‑day acceptance inspection, and correct any deficiencies within 30 days.
• Deliver training, manuals (paper & electronic), and warranty support for at least three years after acceptance.
• Retain all contract‑related records for a minimum of three years and allow state auditors access.
