Description
The US Air Force is seeking a contractor to provide charter bus services to and from Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, to and from Dallas Fort Worth International Airport. The contract will be for a base period of one year with four option years. The contractor must have a large enough fleet to accommodate approximately 20 buses to DFW. The scope of work includes bus services, onsite coordination, and airport parking fees.
• The contractor must provide a written quote, including a cover letter, capabilities statement, and pricing.
• The contractor must meet all requirements stated in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) procedure.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to health and safety, and security.
• The contractor must obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all personnel who will be working on the Air Force installation.
• The contractor must ensure that all personnel who require access to the installation have the necessary clearance and credentials.
