Budget estimate

$5,000,000 – $25,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific budget or contract value. However, based on the scope of work, which includes various marine infrastructure projects, the budget could be substantial. The Virgin Islands Port Authority has reserved the right to reject any or all responses, and the number of firms to be pre-qualified is up to five. Assuming an average contract value of $1 million to $5 million per firm, the total budget could range from $5 million to $25 million over the three-year pre-qualified period. Factors that may influence the likely payment range include the complexity of the projects, the number of firms pre-qualified, and the Authority's budget for marine infrastructure projects.
