The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is issuing an Indefinite Delivery‑Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) RFP for AI‑related products and services. The agreement will span five years (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2031) with an annual renewal option, allowing EPIC6 member agencies (public schools, districts, and qualifying non‑profits) to “piggyback” on the contract and purchase AI software, automation tools, chatbots, image‑recognition systems, data‑analysis platforms, and related services on an as‑needed basis. Vendors are evaluated on price, reputation, quality, long‑term cost, fit to needs, past relationship, HUB compliance, experience, and residency. No guaranteed purchase volume; pricing must be offered uniformly to all members. The solicitation includes a 1.5 % vendor‑paid fee on invoiced sales.
