RFP# 244 - Holiday Lighting at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo

The Recreation and Park Commission for the Parish of East Baton Rouge (BREC) is seeking a qualified contractor to design, furnish, and maintain the ZooLights displays at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo during the proposed holiday dates of November 27, 2026 to December 30, 2026, and subsequent timeframes in the years thereafter. The contractor will be responsible for providing lights and/or lantern displays, as well as assistance with installation and breakdown. The proposal should include a detailed schedule of implementation, a financial proposal, and a description of the proposer's qualifications and experience. • The ZooLights event is an annual holiday lighting event at BREC's Baton Rouge Zoo. • The event will take place from November 27, 2026 to December 30, 2026. • The contractor will be responsible for designing, furnishing, and maintaining the light displays. • The proposal should include a detailed schedule of implementation and a financial proposal. • The proposer should have extensive knowledge and background in providing similar services.
