Description
The Idaho Transportation Department is seeking bids for the printing and delivery of Idaho Driver's Handbooks. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option for annual price adjustments. The successful bidder will be required to provide proofs, samples, and finished handbooks that meet the specified quality standards. The handbooks will be printed in various languages, including English and Spanish. The bidder must also comply with Idaho Code §s 60-101 and 60-103, which specify that printing shall be done within the State of Idaho unless the cost is shown to be 10% higher than printing done outside of the State.
• The bidder must submit a bid schedule, state of Idaho signature page, and other required documents.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and maintain it throughout the life of the contract.

• The bidder must provide samples of each handbook, which will be inspected for quality and specification compliance.
• The bidder must deliver the finished handbooks to the specified location within 30 calendar days of receipt of the approved proof.
