Engineering Consulting Services Stormwater Program Support for On-Call Work Including Research Services For Fee Values Less Than $100,000.00

The Spokane County is seeking qualified engineering consulting firms to provide on-call stormwater program support services, including research, for various county projects with individual fee values less than $100,000. The selected firms will be eligible to provide services on an as-needed basis for a period of one year, with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The scope of work may include stormwater basin or problem area studies, capital facility plans, updates to procedures and processes, grant application preparation, stormwater facility design and construction support, and NPDES permit compliance work. Some key points to consider include: • The county is looking for firms with significant experience in stormwater program support and technical research. • Firms should demonstrate experience in working with the Washington State Department of Ecology's TAPE requirements and be familiar with the process. • The county reserves the right to select the most highly qualified firm or firms based solely on the written response to the evaluation criteria. • The contract will be nonexclusive, and the county may award work to other firms. • The production of any schematic design, master plan, or other work produced as part of a scope of work will not guarantee that the firm preparing it will have the exclusive right to perform any or all work associated with it.
