Description
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking quotations for the purchase, delivery, installation, validation, training, and warranty support of one laboratory-grade glassware washer system. The system should have a large-capacity washing capability, accommodate multiple glassware sizes, and reduce the number of wash cycles required to meet daily laboratory needs. The contractor shall provide all equipment, accessories, installation services, training, documentation, and warranty support as specified in the solicitation and attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
• The system must meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined in the PWS, including physical dimensions, chamber capacity, and system features.
• The contractor shall provide installation supervision, operational verification, training, documentation, warranty support, and all required services necessary for a complete and fully operational system.
• The government will provide reasonable facility access and coordination necessary to perform delivery, installation, testing, validation, training, and acceptance activities associated with this requirement.
• The contractor shall provide a minimum twelve-month warranty covering parts and labor beginning upon formal government acceptance.
