Spray In Fibar

The City of Royal Oak is seeking proposals for the supply, delivery, and installation of Certified Engineered Wood Fibar (EWF) mulch for its parks playground fall zone safety surfaces. The project includes the installation of 1200 cubic yards of EWF mulch at various parks in Royal Oak, as well as the supply and delivery of 300 cubic yards to the Department of Public Services. The successful bidder will be required to provide a firm price for the project, which will remain in effect for 90 days or until the project is completed. • The project includes the installation of EWF mulch at 10 different parks in Royal Oak. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a Hold Harmless Agreement and other certifications. • The project is subject to the Michigan Construction Lien Act and other applicable laws and regulations. • The City of Royal Oak reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposal received.
