Notice of Intent to Award - PIMC ASP Sterilizer PM and Repair Service

The Indian Health Services (IHS) is issuing a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price purchase order to Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) for the provision of PM and Repair Services on ASP Sterilizer System for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. Although this is not a request for quotes or proposals, responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which will be considered by the Agency. The capability statement should be emailed to [email protected] referencing notice number IHS1519551. • The requirement is for a contractor to provide PM and Repair Services on ASP Sterilizer System for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center. • The notice is issued under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(2) (Soliciting from a Single Source). • The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. • Any organization responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed.
