Restoration Services for Water Distribution Systems

The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for restoration services for water distribution systems. The contract will be for a period of 24 months, with an option to renew. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete the restoration of water distribution systems, including pavement restoration and turf restoration. The contractor must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including prevailing wage laws and minority business enterprise regulations. • The contract will be awarded to the lowest and best bidder. • The contractor must provide proof of insurance and workers' compensation coverage. • The contractor must also provide a performance bond in the amount of $10,000,000. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
