Description
The Cabinet is seeking consulting services for the CHFS Consulting Services (C5939) project. The proposal will be evaluated based on three criteria: Technical Proposal (1200 points), Cost Proposal (600 points), and Oral Presentations (200 points). The technical proposal should demonstrate the proposer's understanding of the project requirements and their ability to deliver the services. The cost proposal should provide a detailed breakdown of the costs associated with the project. The oral presentations will be conducted if determined necessary by the buyer.
