Notice of Intent - Full Spectrum Imaging System (FSIS)

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate a sole source basis with Thomas Scientific, LLC for a Full Spectrum Imaging System (FSIS). The system includes a color lab system, camera, lenses, computer, monitor, and other equipment. The DEA requires a highly specialized imaging capturing system for forensic purposes. The system must be able to capture images in various spectrums, including UV and IR.
