Description
This solicitation calls for a qualified contractor to supply, install, test, and commission a full Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT) communications and weather equipment system at Atlanta Regional Airport – Falcon Field. The work includes all labor, tools, materials, and equipment needed to install, wire, adjust, test, commission, train, and warrant the system, as well as a new airfield lighting control panel and secondary weather wind sensor tower. Bidders must demonstrate recent experience on at least three similar FAA‑compliant tower projects, provide FCC radiotelephone licenses, and comply with extensive federal labor, safety, and Buy‑American requirements. A 5 % bid bond, 100 % performance and payment bonds are required. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced responsive bidder, subject to FAA funding and compliance.
